Select Single file from the Upload documents dropdown.
Choose your recipient(s) from the Active investors or the Inactive investors dropdown menu.
You can easily share documents with LPs who have transferred out of the fund by selecting them from the Inactive investors dropdown in this step.
Recipient investors' primary and secondary contacts with the appropriate document sharing permissions will be notified.
Set document information by selecting the document type, and entering a name and document date.
Drag and drop or click to upload the applicable file from your local drive and click Upload.
