How to use the Financing History page
The Financing History page shows your company's funding rounds (including equity, SAFEs, and Convertible Notes) organized by when they occurred.
Previously, rounds were grouped by preferred share class, which could show too many or too few rounds and excluded unpriced instruments like SAFEs. The updated experience lets your company define each round by a date range, giving a more accurate and complete picture of how capital was raised over time.
