How to view and download audit documents
Easily view and download your clients’ audit documents from Carta by navigating to Reports & Documents > Audit.

To use the portal
Select the entity and year for which you would like to view documents by using the drop-down menus at the top of the page.
Click into one of the tabs to view documents of that type.
PDF documents may be previewed in-app by clicking on the next to each file name.
Use the filter, sort or search functions to pare down or locate specific documents.
To download
To download all documents in a section, click Download All.
To choose specific documents to download, check the box to the left of a document to select it.
After selecting all applicable documents, click Download Document(s).
A pop-up notification will appear in the top right corner once the documents are ready. Click Download in the pop-up.
Documents will be downloaded as a zip file under the entity name and document year.
To upload
To share miscellaneous documents (e.g., ad-hoc support requests, open items lists) click into the Supplemental tab. Users may upload files to this tab by clicking Upload Document.
Select the file type from the dropdown menu. For auditor uploads (or if the document type is not listed) select Other.
