Carta Middle East Limited (CMEL), a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). CMEL is in the process of seeking a license with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) to act as an Administrator of a Collective Investment Fund.

Customer Identification Procedure (CIP) Notice:
When provided, the information collected and verified will be stored according to the following requirements:
Identifying information about a customer obtained under Carta’s CIP Program;
A description of any document that was relied on noting the type of document, any identification number contained in the document, the place of issuance and, if any, the date of issuance and expiration date;
A description of the methods and the results of any measures undertaken to verify the identity of the customer; and
A description of the resolution of any substantive discrepancy discovered when verifying the identifying information obtained
