What happens in the event of an IPO? How does the SPV exit in this case?

When the Target Company of an SPV exits via an IPO, Carta will manage distributions of exit proceeds to the Limited Partners and wind-down of the SPV entity.

Carta as General Partner and Investment Adviser will manage the exit and distributions in accordance with its then-current policy and procedures.

Currently, our SPVs only support cash distributions.
