What happens if my company transitions to a new transfer agent?
If your company transitions to a new SEC registered transfer agent, all securities from that company will be marked as "canceled" in your Carta portfolio.
This does not mean your securities are actually canceled or terminated—Carta will display a banner in your portfolio to clarify this.
