Our US Syndicate SPV allows you to invest into target companies located in the US through a Delaware Protected Series Limited Partnership.

While the Limited Partners can be anywhere in the world (subject to AML/KYC restrictions), it is best suited for US investors, or SPVs with a US investor majority.
